For New Build (L1A) Assessments, we have a simple, all-inclusive charging scheme based on the following;
* We also include U-Value calculations and a set of recommendations to achieve Building Regulation compliance (if required) at Design Stage................. FREE!
We can also offer a service to provide Predicted Energy Assessments and On Construction Energy Performance Certificates where the SAP calculations have already been done. However, we will be required to re-calculate the SAP's - please click
here for further information.
For larger developments we will offer a discount per unit, and a reduction for handed properties on the same site.
For Extensions, Renovations and Change of Use, our fees will vary depending upon the level of assessment required. As no job is the same as the next, we offer a tailor made quotation service for all L1B assessments to ensure our clients recieve the best service for the best possible fee.
